About the McNeilly Team
A trusted name for over 75 years
McNeilly Wood Products, Inc. was founded by Patrick J. McNeilly in 1947 in Jersey City, NJ, as a specialty wood box manufacturer. As the demand for wood boxes decreased in the 1950s, and the forklift truck came into its own, wood pallets emerged as a reliable, low-cost shipping platform for industry. McNeilly Wood Products, Inc. followed the trend and is today considered the leader in state-of-the-art pallet production in the Metro New York region.
In 1981 the company was incorporated and taken over by Patrick’s sons, Patrick F. and John T. McNeilly. Today, McNeilly Wood Products Inc. is managed by Dan McNeilly, grandson of the founder, and his capable team of long-time employees. McNeilly Wood Products has a full-time staff of more than 55 pallet professionals, and produces more than 6,000 new and reconditioned pallets per day.

President
Third generation of McNeilly running the operation with 26 years on the job. Dan pursues an active lifestyle of cycling that has taken him many places around the country and world!
Ray Padilla
Vice President
With more than 15 years at McNeilly Wood Products, Inc., Ray has spent his entire career in warehouse management. As Vice President he oversees all aspects of production. In his free time Ray enjoys working out at the gym, working on his home, and spending time with his family.
Jerry Cruz
Production Manager
Jerry has worked for McNeilly Wood Products, Inc. for 12 years. In his free time he does dance choreography and likes to work around his home.
Mark McNeilly
Yard Manager
A recent graduate of Mount Saint Mary’s College, Mark is the fourth generation McNeilly to join the firm! He is an avid fisherman and outdoorsman.
Linda Dean
Director of Sales
Linda has 25 years of experience in sales and customer service in diverse industries. She pursues a range of hobbies and enjoys spending time with her family.
